I am the one and only owner of the account. I played the last wipe but I haven't played since. I am not a fan of the game anymore. None of the members in my friend group play it anymore and it is just sitting and collecting dust. I would rather have someone else use it for the full enjoyment as I will not. You will get the whole account and have the chance to add a backup email or if you wanted to contact BSG to change the primary email, go for it. I can provide whatever details are needed but unfortunately I cannot provide the email and access to it as I still use that email to this day for important things. I can promise there is no chance of me getting on this account anymore. Like I said, you can add in a backup email, google account, authenticator, etc. to further add that extra layer of protection in case you do think there is a chance of account recovery. (again, no way I wanna play this again lmao)
