Enla Darkrunner Divine Hasla Axe/ 5/7 Ephe Flame/3 Thatch/2 Large Farm/Fishing boat

Account is loaded, Divine regraded T3 Hasla Axe, Arcane Epherium Flame cap/ Unique Epherium Flame Jerkin / Heroic Epherium Flame belt fists and boots. Magnificient Desert breeches. Hasla T1 bow. 100 courage 150 sacrifice tokens on hand. Basically two shot anyone not wearing plate atm.
Own 3 Built thatched farmhouses. 2 built large scarecrows. Fishing boat with just under 70k Prof. Almost to archemaster all classes except vitalism are 45+.
Other skills include 23k logging, 37k gathering 49k commerce 20k weaponry(both furniture already built), 18k farming. Regal anvil, regal leather form.
Account had 3 alts for labor pots, about 2.6k gold on hand, with a couple hundred gold worth of sellable items. If you have any questions just let me know.
Would like to get rid of it quick. Buyout is $650, but will consider any reasonable offer.
Forgot to mention a few things. Character is on the east side. Two elite merchant cushions + two owl mailboxes are included. Also have a Tutor cushion, almost 90% nuia language learned with enough books to finish it to 100.

Update, Cap and breeches are both heroic, so account now has full heroic set bonus.
