Do not buy, scammer

This dude. He asked for paypal fnf, which I did. I recently took my credit card off paypal and used my bank instead. I didn't realize that doing e-check had a delay period. He kept saying I didn't send through friends and family, which I did, because I paid the fees, he couldn't comprehend that you could send through e-check and also friends and family at the same time. He never told me any sort of payment restricts beforehand, mind you, just paypl fnf, which I did. So he doesn't receive the money initially, so he wont give me the account. We both try talking to paypal, I even try to talk to my bank to back it out, no dice. So I send him the money on June 18th, after talking to paypal, they confirmed the money hit this guys account on June 27th. He said he would refund me, he hasn't. It's now July 15th when I'm writing this, almost a month after the money left my checking account. I'm now down 220 dollars, and I have no account to show for it, and this guy has been ignoring my messages for a week now. Total scammer.

If you are sending messages me from discord I have to say to you that someone else is writing from discord instead of me... I didn t received money from you and you didn t answer me on epic when I told you about the account. Other buyers told me too that there is someone who say that it s me on discord and I think you were scammed like that, if you saw my discord you can see that is not me who scam you. If you send the PayPal I can see if it's mine or not, in my PayPal that I use with all buyers here there is my full name and where I m living. Maybe if he hasn t received the money through PayPal is because he is living in a poor country where PayPal accept only GS, try ask refund through PayPal, I can t help other way. And just to ask, what is the exchange? Bc I m from Italy and it is euros. Anyways i don't. Have nothing and as you can see I sold an account recently and no problems like always, I didn t understand why the money had to be refund, the other say that he haven t the account or what?
