Besides +4 Emerging Desire Roxy, every costume is at +5 (Olivier is now +5 as well). All 5* UR Exclusive Gear except Olstein and Liberta. A ton of resources unused for gear crafting, 1900+ Ancient Crystals, a ton of potential unlocking resources, ~300-400+ pulls from tickets and diamonds left. Numbers may vary slightly but will probably just be higher. Haven't been on top of rankings, but it can clear all lvl 10 guild raids and do pretty much anything if you do the crafting and refining.
