The only thing the account needs to have all content finished is someone with the desire to do so. If you want to have an endgame-ready account from a hero standpoint without spending the thousands yourself, this is the account for you. Only notable missing heroes are Elowyn (but have Hollow), and then maybe Zilitu/Hex, but has the heroes needed to push Guild Boss without them.

I'll keep playing the account in the meantime.

Almost every epic is A5, only epics I never pulled are lords Pyros/Raiden/Lugaru, hopefully they will be here soon for fusion fragments.

GR1-20, GR2-19, GR3-19, could push further with regearing and time. GB3 is 20k+ GB4 is currently around 14k, but I haven't focused on it at all, just thrown in good heroes. It could easily increase, but I don't care for pushing end game content right now. Easy overlord in every arena.
