End game with lots of resources any region, 500$ budget

Hello looking for an end game account that has lots of resources and all limited heroes.

Units i'm interested in - Melissa, lilias, Krau, Luluca, Yufine, Charles, Violet, Alencia, Assassin Cartuja, Auxiliary Lots, Assassin Coli, General Purgis, Tempest Surin.

Doesn't need to come with all thees heroes just a good mixture of a few of them would be nice.
Budget is 500 usd but I don't mind going a little higher if it's for the right account.
