Selling my account not linked to anything previously, it has 100k+ rubies saved up, items like exp, bandages, 2000+ recruit scrolls, etc. All buildings are fully maxed out, campaign fully cleared to latest chapter, etc. Only thing left to grind is opening faction benefits by clearing campaign over and over.
