I'm not being funny, it's worth more than that, with what the account can do alone plus all those resources, that's a bit lowball
Here are some screenshots attached. Also there are 136 epic and LEGO champs in the vault. If you would like to see more, please do let me know. If you are really serious about buying I can walk you through the account via screen share over zoom (or some other convenient way).

Regarding the price, I am really not sure yet as I have never sold an account before, but it has to be reasonable because I obviously put in quite a lot of money and time into this account.
