Greetings Shikikans,
I'm looking to purchase a high-end collector's account with the following specifics:
- 100% Collection Rate (with collabs), though exceptions can be made if only missing W13 (or other farmable) ship drops
- Player level should be as close to max (i.e. Lv.110+, seeing as cap was recently raised to 200) as possible
- Meta ships (both event farming and PvP) should all be at max level or close (with skill levels similarily at max)
- Good meowfficers (top tier talents) along with high dock/depot/cattery slots preferred
- Max Dorm Happiness (or as close to 482 as possible; by extension, every dorm set should have been purchased so far)
- Plenty of BiS gears (5-6 French DD guns, Black/White Shells, Oxytorps, PR Guns etc.)
- All exclusive gears collected (Surcouf's submarine gun, Zara's CA Gun etc.)
- All PR1 ships should be at Dev30 minimum (having more max Fate Simulation ships is a plus)
- All PR2 ships should be at Dev25+ minimum (Dev20 for Azuma and FdG)
- Being in a high level guild would be a huge plus (in light of recent annoucements)
- Skins and oaths are not as necessary, but would be welcome
