emailing ID ect account temp ban

Not sure if this is the right place move it if not ^_^


Well what happen was my account got a locked untill OO id and recovery page is emailed to bliz ect

I fill out the page ect email it + the ID to the bliz account admin email in jpeg format i get the reply that they got the email but 3 + weeks later and still no responce should i just keep waiting or take some other course of action

It usually took around 5 hours for a response, after you send in the ID. I faxed the ID though.

The thing is i emailed it i got the reply email saying they got it but nothing more than that

indeed. however, i dont believe blizzard accepts any form of digital submission as of yet due to security reasons. you will have to either fax or mail the ID.

either that or the email saying they received it - then give it a couple days and they should get back to you with another email regarding your account
