Email change

I can't change my current registered e-mail to the one i am actually using.

Basically, a long time ago I made a second EPICNPC account with the other e-mail but then asked mods / admin to close that other account and ever since the e-mail was kept linked to that account.

I am trying to change my current e-mail to: [email protected]

I am also able to verify both of the e-mails to ensure that I am the owner of both e-mail.

Can anyone please help out?

Also, would I be able to purchase a username change to D3Pleveling? (maybe you can tell me if the name is available) - because the second account I made long time ago was D3Pleveling but again i asked admin / mod to close that account so I'm not sure if that username is available - if it isn't, can you make it available to me?

You originally registered 2 accounts, so another closed account is already using that email address. That's why you couldn't change to it. I've made it available so you can now change.

Sorry to bother but I just purchased a username change and tried to change it to "D3Pleveling" but it tells me it's already in use.
