Elyon currently only has Korean servers, and it doesn't welcome players from other countries now. It will randomly pop up the Korean phone or credit card verification request to stop you from playing.
Therefore, to enter the game, you at least need to have a verified Korean account, a game package or invitation code, and a stable accelerator with Korean IP.
I will offer some options below that might help you, also I'll tell you the differences between them.
Some basics you might want to know:
Game Package - Just like other Korean MMORPGs, you have to buy any of the game package they offered to get access to the game.
Recharge Card - We will teach you how to recharge, and then you can buy the Game Package yourself. As long as you don't forget to open the VPN, there will be almost no bank card verification appear.
Invitation Codes - It can replace the game package to let you enter the game which is safer, but it's rarer and more expensive.
