eloboosts.com is this a scam?

So, over a day ago I wanted to Eloboost my LoL account from Silver 1 to Gold 5. Looking at the most reliable site i found that eloboosts.com was received trustworthy reviews and so i purchased a boost. Like i said it has been over 24 hours and i have only been contacted by there online chat support, none of them being of any high authority, I've emailed and attempted adding via Skype and no response from a booster or admin. In one of my earlier chats with a support they said it could take up to 48 hours to have a booster start playing on the account. I just feel a bit skeptical on this however. Does anyone have any experience with this website and their services and can enlighten me or give me good news or bad...

Update: So i received contact from the main administrator, he was "out of the states" so that was the explanation for the delay, the boosting is underway. My overall report is the site is definitely trustworthy however, less efficient than other boost sites
