I’m looking to sell a stacked vanity PvP account.
The account was previously in the Russian region but has been fully transferred to Turkey and now has full access to everything.
There are no restrictions.

Most of the characters are on Russian realms, but you can transfer any of them to regular EU realms if you'd like to play them there, or you can create a new character on any of EU realms.
Russian servers are part of the EU region.
