So yeah I believe they are using it to gather your IDs and sell it on black market. There is a lot of people who complains on reddit and other forums, so if this happens to you as well, do not hesitate to leave them feedback on Trust Pilot.

I have confirmed how they are eliminating mostly all Ukraine and Russian sellers. Company is based in Lithuania so maybe is something personal

Slightly off topic but if I sent you all my data about PlayerAuctions could you verify my claims like you did with this user? I had another seller from their platform explain where my money may be and it kind of checks out I will be passing my new findings to my Forensic Accountant because we have been unable to identify where my money went. Coincidently i was banned from their platform before this user reports they fixed the bug. According to my math they never retroactively paid people back that were owed money though. I am still 100% verifying how the money went missing, I am 100% confident money is missing I just cant figure out where it went. I can send u my banking info and math and everything you need to see what I am claiming.

I'll help you with PA soon after I resolve my case. There is many innocent banned there but less people on platforms like Eldorado or PA, means more on EpicNPC, so is totally fine.

Hell yeah thank you. PlayerAuctions had the unfortunate timing of banning me during my elderly dogs last month of cancer and emotionally I shut down and I feel like I was not as good of a caretaker as I could have been since it really ****ed me up mentally for a while. Then she passed and I had to both recover from losing my 10 year account/business on PlayerAuctions and losing my beloved pet. Ive made it my personal goal to make them pay in every way I can. Especially since they still refuse to lift my suspension. As you said, they banned the wrong one.

Btw , I was banned at PA like 4 years ago and never got any explanation why , got 100% rate with hundreds of feedbacks ! For me hard to understand how they ban people , at least at eldorado , I did perfectly everything, all orders in time , no reports to my side , no false feedback , I made there perfect rep and just got ban ! If it helps, not to throw myself under the bus but theyve always treated me right. I dont think they are selling id's they may be targeting people based on being russian/ukrainian though. A friend of mine claimed they were based out of an area in the region so that makes sense I guess. I am USA based so im not a part of that demographic and so I am treated well. I guess. Due to PlayerAuctions actions against me I am lucky to have Eldorado to sell on. It is upsetting to see other people having such poor experiences in direct contradiction to my own since they are currently my breadwinner while I fight with PlayerAuctions over missing funds and my currently permanent suspension.

For my own business I hope they figure out a way to make it right and fix this cuz they seem to have really dug themselves in a hole.

I am not Russian. I asked two of my friends to register on the same day, and both were suspended almost immediately after providing their ID. One of them is American, and the other is Australian. If my ban is not reversed, I will request proof that my biometric data has been removed from their system. If they refuse, I will take further action, which will be far less pleasant.

I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They even found my discord on sythe.org and added me to discuss upgrades they could make after I initially joined in 2020 and started selling. From their post on sythe.org they may have ****ed something up somehow. I really want to give them benefit of the doubt from my own experiences but I dont doubt what you are saying.

Obviously, they started to stead KYC data and ban sellers after 2020. It is global and not connected with your region

Yeah, I recently started selling there and after 5 successful transactions, they banned my account for “internal decision.” I’m in the US, so I don’t think it’s primarily just about what region you’re located in. I tried appealing the ban but they denied the appeal without any explanation for why they banned my account.

I showed them links to my store here and website as proof of my sales and legitimacy, since they asked for it. However, it wasn’t enough for some reason. I assume they aren’t trying to get new sellers to sell on there or simply don’t want epicnpc sellers there, not sure. Anyone gotten success with a ban appeal?

Hi, I also got blocked there for no reason, I can't understand why, no matter what accounts I verify I always get blocked, I don't even know where I can sell my accounts lol
The accounts that got blocked for no reason were in Chile, Latvia, Poland.

right now tried to verify at Bybit and received error "another account using same proof of identity (ID document)"

probaby my ID was leaked by Eldorado when i verified at their site and then was banned immediately

Eldorado.gg now sending their admins to banned users (one of them found me in di$crd) and offering you to redo verification

obviously, if you try to upload docs you will be banned again and your KYC data will be sold and used at black market to buy drugs or money laundering from any other illegal activities

may be they lost their Id database from previous verifications, or they trying to find new up-to-date documents, because after a few years obviously some of them can expire and they can not sell them anymore.

so do not fall into that trap, as this admins also not giving you any guarantee that you will not be banned immediately after re-verification
and also they do not know the real reasons of the account's permanent suspension that happened in the past

all they can do its just unban you and cancel your verification status so you feed them with new KYC data

****, I hope I saw this post ealier, they didn't banned me yet, right now they're asking for my address (already done ID verification) and I was wondering why would they want to know my address information, never happended to me before on other marketplace. Do you know is there a way to request them to delete my ID information or should I just let it go and get a new ID.
