I dont played it personally but its looks like a little more complicated Hearthstone with TES series lore.

Email change on accounts is possible and we will change it to email provided by buyer.
After payment and after email change i will give you original email with invitation and instructions plus password, bethesda username and secret question/answer. Its all you need to manage the account.
