Is this a fresh account, or have you played on it this wipe? If so, what level is it? Full access to the original email with no exceptions, yes?

I see your country is Romania. Just making sure I understand it correctly. When you say $50 Steam Card, you do mean 50 US dollars Steam Card, right? I know Steam converts it, I just want to be sure here.
