Edit image size

I added an image with the "image" option with the thread tools but the image is a bit too big.
When I go to edit, none of the thread tools are selectable and I can't select the image borders to resize it.
Any way to resize any image via code or another way?

Hi,

Just to be sure we are on the same page. Whenever you try to select an image you are uploading to your profile, you don't see the option down below? - i.e. - https://gyazo.com/f6aabca69ba5b4d67a8204bf93eefa31

If you are just trying to move it or align it I do recommend using a command (ctrl+A) and then aligning it as you wish (I used to have that problem because my picture couldn't be centered it so I used that command)
