When you’re running just a normal 130 energy then your outlook is reasonable. However there will be times when you have bazar (tag team) energy (300) plus clan shop energy (1000) plus inbox energy expiring soon (varied) plus like clan activity (75) and potentially other avenues like doom tower or events/tournament rewards, which you want to use in one lump sum on a dungeon or campaign. In those cases the faster you run through it the better because you want to get back below 130 to start regen energy again
