Describe the problem:
Attached 4 screenshots of chat. FYI my name is currently "Zack Ryu" on discord (not Jack) because I work on a team with another Jack and he didn't want to share the same name.
1st order (52 USD):
Paid 7 days ago for 300 discord tokens which would be ready "5-20min" after pay. So I paid him the $52, then heard nothing for 3 days about it.
After the 3 days, he messaged saying he couldn't do it and asked for more money. So I told him we wanted a refund of the $52 instead. Since he was unable to provide me with the tokens I already paid for, I went and bought them from someone else. However, he said "um no" when asked for a refund. As you can see, I've sent many more messages in the past 5 days pressing him about the refund and he's ignored all of them, while consistently going online/offline and editing his profile.
2nd order (42USD):
I also bought an online account hoster from him for $42 which is supposed to run 24/7. It doesn't work properly and turns itself off every 20 min. Since he's completely ignoring my DMs I have no solution to this.
