Okay so I made a trade with this guy for his Rs acct, for my WoW acct, he said he would give the recoveries time to switch, so that was cool. we did the trade.

I bought a month of membs on it, and we went on our way.
Then today he messaged me saying he wants to get back into rs, and that he took the account back.

Pretty much all I have to say, give me 6$ back or enjoy the ban basically.

He said I should enjoy the items i took from the account as a reward, when i paid for the account, and it's membership, he said he isn't paying me back **** etc...Goodluck dude!

Now he is messaging me claiming that I took the account without giving him info to my WoW account, so posting this before he throws up some bull****

You never gave me the account username or password. Also you never changed pass to runescape account or email or anything. With you never giving me info to your account, i dont consider that a trade. All it basically was was you logging onto my account and taking the 10mill gp off the account and giving to some other. Thats not a trade man.

Here is the reasonhe has to "recover the account"

Request to keep the ban pending until I recieve the account back for a minimum of over 2 weeks for recoveries to kick in.

This is him telling me he will ruin my social life if the account is not returned. I didnt feel safe about waiting 2 weeks before and now the guys trying to threaten my life because he got my IP when he logged onto my account? I think im in a bad position and its starting to get personal and i want it to end. He has his account i have mine. It like it was in the beggining. Nor does he have any proof up there of me saying the word trade or that i confirmed the trade. I dont consider it a trade if i never state it was.

I paid for membership on the account you sold me, then took back without my permission.

He has shown no sign of trying to make his deal right like he said he would, he took the acc back after trading, I am retracting the "pending ban" and just ask for him to be banned now.

He told me he would give me 2 weeks for the recovs to kick in for the account, so we said thanks good deal.
Then I bought membs on the rs acc, which he then took back to sell to someone else for a better deal, and he said "he said trade-back to resell isn't scamming" which is absolutely insane to hear someone say lol.

Ok, so basically dracofiend undid a trade before it was completed.

How many days did you have the RS account for? dracofiend said you took "10mill gp off the account " is that true?
Membership was 3.20 GBP, so about $5.10.

I don't consider this a scam because you didn't give him anything yet. However you should be compensated for any money you spent on the account. So we'll just do that and close this issue.

I also removed the feedback he left you, however your neg to him will remain.

Thank you, he sent me a 6$ refund, which he then took back since it wasn't sent as a gift, and has yet to contact me.

I doubt to hear from again, since he is flaming me over email/phone calling me ***** etc.
If I don't get refunded could he be banned?

yes, he'll be banned if he does not refund you. He's been notified and have 48 hrs to issue a refund.

he's been banned and yes I do care. Cyberharassment and DDOS attacks are both illegal, so don't do anything to him.
