Double Authentication page NOT WORKING

im trying to upgrade my acount but whenever I click on the "Double Authentication page" link I get a blank page..iv tried both chrome and firefox

UPDATE: tried windows 8 mobile on my lumia and same problem

Sorry about that. I had to disable it earlier today and forgot to re-enable it. It's working now.
