SERVICE CONDITIONS

• Account-based orders are completed manually.
• Automated bots are not used.
• Assigned players are not permitted to use cheats or unauthorized software.
• No exact win rate is promised.
• MMR may move in both directions during an order.
• Customers must disclose existing restrictions and active penalties.
• Customers must remain logged out during account-based services.

COMPENSATION

If the service cannot be completed, the customer may choose a replacement player, adjusted target or refund for the unfinished portion.

If a confirmed penalty is directly caused by the assigned player during an active account-based order, the boosting payment will be refunded.

Pre-existing penalties and unrelated customer activity are not covered.
