@Gwimblaind sold me a dota 2 account that was paid for via Paypal on 7 june 2021
Received notification today that associated phone number was removed and can no longer login as the email and pw have been changed. Looks like a case of account recall as of now. Would like him to address the issue and provide an explanation for this. I have not yet contacted Paypal to initiate a dispute. Thought I'd give him a chance to respond and potentially fix the issue if it is not intentional.

What is the dispute about? The steam and the email given have both had login info changed and recalled.
