Hello, I was almost potentially scammed by a buyer who wanted to use "DOP3BOOST" as an MM.
I immediately knew something was wrong since I know MM won't use discord, but wanted to confirm. I was able to get in touch with the real DOP3BOOST and confirm that the one who wanted me to send over the information was in fact an imposter...
Sadly, as soon as I pointed out that I was talking with the real DOP3BOOST via a different PM, they deleted the group message and unfriended me, so I cannot link the chat from the group discord.
Though I can discribe what they did in case anyone else has a run in with these two pieces of garbage.
First the buyer will express interest in account and ask some boogus questions. Then he will choose an MM he would like to use and offer to make a group call.
He will say he cannot log in to his EPICNPC account because he lost password or it won't let him, etc. Some more BS.
Next the fake MM will come in and say he's confirming with Buyer via email, paypal.
If you ask the "MM" for verification, he will link to the actual MM's epicnpc profile (which actually saved me from this scam. It was here where I saw on DOP3BOOST's actual EPICNPC profile, it shows he does not do discord transactions and a link to his actual discord. I DM's his actual one and saw it opened up a different DM, then the fake MM's).
The rest is history...
