Once again: You CANNOT offer to log on to anyones account without being TWV.

Services do not require payment, so your logic is invalid.

Actually, I am not offering any service. I am not asking for a payment in any way shape or form. And the last time I checked I didn't see the words "Moderator" Next to your stupid [censored] name. Therefor, I don't have to listen to your [censored]. And I can not recall my account for reasons which you are, and will remain unaware of. And lastly this isn't any "Boo-hoo" crap. No where do I ask for any sympathy or special treatment. I am just elaborating as to why I am interested in gearing out someones account.

Now please, I know you must feel all big and tough because you have +9 reputation and are Pay Pal verified, however your really just making yourself look like a complete tool who is extremely self confident while he sits behind his computer, when really I believe that you get minimal to no [censored].

TWV is REQUIRED to offer any kind of "service" where you log onto another person's account.
