I can farm everything you need for both global and jp;
I do also sell farmed account with almost all available dragon stones for that period,but notes that MOST EVENTS WILL BE COMPLETED ALREADY excluding sbr,sbs and quest only available through keys.
The time needed for each farming you need depends on what you need me to do...for example farming 77 medals for a TURs is gonna be faster than ranking up although I will do it as soon as possible.

Notes that you need to make sure you have enough space in your inventory and enough dragon stones for farming if you need to use a lot of stamina.Events must be available that day OR you need to have the keys for farming it.
