Does Middleman transaction allow installment payments?

So i agreed with a buyer that he pay half payment now to gain game access and the rest at the end of the month for full gmail access
i was wondering if we can do a middleman transaction and the middleman gain full access and after the first payment he transfer the game infos to the buyer
and keep the gmail till the end of the month when the buyer pay the rest the MM will transfer the gmail to the buyer and the transaction be completed
since i have seen mods here allow installment payments on their sales i was wondering if that officially supported
