The change is only possible with specific info, services who say they can do it without asking barely none to any info are scams

sorry for not clarifying! I meant that I'm not going to provide info such as purchase receipts, but specific info I'm willing to provide :)
That is not what I was trying to explain, if you don't have enough info it is not possible to get the region changed to turkey. Riot isn't completely stupid, they know that turkey region changes are popular bc of the vp prices so to even get them as far to help you you'll need specific info that they will ask to verify you created the acc you are trying to change. Any service which says otherwise is a scam where they make easy money saying the process failed while the chance of it going through was extremely low bc of the way they handled it with the info riot asks. I hope its more understandable this way?
