Do You Think Rs3 Is Welcoming To New Players?

with the over-inflated amount of high end players crossed with the pretty much ruined economy where the rich get richer and the poor stay poor,

Do you think as a whole the game is all that welcoming to new players?, please back up your answer with a few reasons?
If you was a new player would you feel discouraged to play?
What do you think JaGeX do well or could improve to help new players?​

Hmmm,

Jagex sure have many things to fix to maintain new players. Runescape is attractive to the news players, but quickly discourages them with arrogant high level players calling them "noobs", the death system is very unbalanced, it's not punishing under normal circumstances, but if you disconnects, probably you will lose all your hard earned gear.

I would not be discouraged at first sight, but if I lose items or meet arrogant players too soon, my enthusiasm to play the game will take a notable blow.

With legacy many things went better but many went worse with the return of "Pr0 Pk3rs" who thinks that EOC is crap and cannot be used.

All in all, the community isn't very welcoming, too much flaming.
