Disputing Review Left due to Impersonator

Review message: I was buying their Golden Future account. Made me wait almost 4 days for the transaction to occur and when the time came, they blocked me. Do NOT buy from this person, they'll scam you.

As per guidelines, providing as much proof as is actually possible:
- Please check my last login date and activity on EpicNPC. I have not been active for years now, with only a recent login in September 2021.
- In the course of December 2021 to January 2022 I noticed a spike in DMs in my inbox as a direct result of someone in Discord and Skype attempting to impersonate me.

This is as much proof as I can provide. Also, I have no idea what "Golden Future account" is, nor do I know the person who left the review or have had any contact.
Member here since 2007 with 350+ Reviews. The current ruling of having to be aware within 10 days is understandable but also hard to catch up on when you are not really logging in regularly.

Sorry, I forgot to respond to their dm but it's alright now, I already moved on but I think it might've been an impersonator but not really?? Because I opened a dm with them (mmo-armory) and the person who sent me the link to the profile said, "you pm me?" And I accidentally pm'ed them on epicnpc, I think usernames can't be the same? But they have the exact same user/profile of the person who scammed me out of 90$ ｡:ﾟ(;´∩`ﾟ:｡

Its a common scam technique, the profiles appear exactly the same but its an impersonation.
