Disputing negative left by kenmae

I did a trade with this fellow about a month or so ago and he tried telling me that the hunter i gave him was hacked/recalled but from everything he told me it just sounded like he took the 40k gold i gave him and tried making the account appear hacked because he told me that he received no emails from blizzard. Will contact the person i got it from again since he wants to play this game. I can post/send screen shots of whatever is needed.

So basically he tried telling me that the bnet was hacked and the hacker was so good that they hacked the password and the SQA to change the email yet received no emails from blizzard.

The fact he received no emails points to someone calling in to recall the account. Did you contact the person you got the account from?

Yes i have contacted the person i got it from, sent him a pm yesterday. Thing is the armory has not changed since the day he linked it to me. So the theory of someone calling into blizzard to recall the account is a little far fetched as a restoration would have been done as part of the recall and i never had a recall where i didn't get a email. I can pm you the armory if necessary.

I agree with that, Blizzard would have restored it if it had it been recalled and someone phoned it in. and he would def had received an email about someone changing the password or email.

This suggests someone had login access to the account and just logged in to strip the account.

No sir that is the email he switched it to i had it on a different one. I told him to simply call blizzard but he told me he lives in Thailand. The more i look/read this it looks like he may have tried a trade, got scammed, and now wants me to deal with it. I'll see what the guy i got it from has to say and see if he can recall it. I just don't think i should be sitting on a negative for his incompetence if he would of had proof in anyway, shape, or form it would be different.

Ok, so the only way this could have happened is if he got keylogged and someone got his info or he got scammed in a trade and is trying to pin it on the seller.

In either case, leaving a neg on the sellers account isn't right. I'll remove the negative and if kenmae has any info he wants to add he can add it or he can open a scam thread if he really thinks you had something to do with it.

Sidney the guy i traded with did not help or assist me to get the char at all. And he has my druid account that i bought for 460 USD.

Sidney, you said you would contact the guy you got the hunter from that day and you Disappeared!....never seen on AIM again. and yes i live in Thailand and i cant call blizz. SO either give me back my druid or i will recall it. otherwise pls assist me getting the Hunter restored back. The hunter got hacked yes by a keylogger possibly from my email.

The reason why i posted a negative feedback was because i dnt think its fair that i spent so much money buying that druid and me losing it completely and nothing in return. You can even contact the site/guy i bought it from epicmmo.com
