I bought 100 refs, only got 70ish. I've emailed several times, you responded once, and now just continue to ignore me. Same on your skype. If you will stop ignoring me please message me on skype. Thanks.

This was a PM from him to you on March 25th. 3 days later you replied.

Was the service completed? Can you show proof he received all 100 referral? Why didn't you dispute this 3 months ago?

As I saId, I can't distinguish an order since it was placed on our site. But all orders from March were completed.

From the PMs it does appear you at least made an attempt to contact him. I don't know if he stopped replying to you because he eventually got the missing referrals, but I can't remove the feedback without proof he got all 100 referrals. The best I can do is change it to neutral.

Neutral is fine, I'd be more than happy to provide proof but I have no information on his order.
