This is "Taliyahna"'s mother. I received the email notification, as I'm currently handling all of my daughter's emails. I do not have access to her Skype, but I can assure you my daughter did not just "ditch" you. I'm not familiar with this game she plays, or what's been going on, but she has been in a short-term care facility for a little over a month now. I will not disclose her medical issues in a public setting, nor with people I am unfamiliar with, but all I can offer is that once she returns home, she will handle any outstanding debts & issues. I will tell her about this when I go to visit, but all I will say is that due to her current situation, she will not be responding to any Skype conversations or emails due to no Internet or even a computer where she is at.

Sorry for the delayed response. I've been extremely busy as of late. I'm aware of her daughters medical issues while true or not, id lean towards the side of true due to the personality she has expressed when speaking with me and my general intuition. however a debt is a debt and we have set more than enough times to get that debt paid. I'm a rather patient man so I will give her a final chance to repay that debt before a ban gets issued here on Epicnpc and i finalize the paper work i need for my solicitor to negotiate terms and collect payment. If we can not get this debt repaid before the end of this month (September 2016) I will finish filing and if things are not handled with my solicitor there would be a court date. In the event that she evades that court date or is unable to attend due to her medical condition she may be fined and have wages garnished. Id like to be nice and avoid having her owe more than she does. So this final agreement needs to be communicated properly and written here on this thread by either Melissa or her mother, and a copy of the agreement sent to my email from her email.
 
Great, thanks for understanding. If you don't mind sending her a followup Email about this that would be great also. I don't think her mother will come back here to check on this thread unless notified. I have seen her on Skype recently, but still no reply from her
 
I have added a warning to Taliyahna's account until this is resolved.

To summarize this is the situation:


Taliyahna purchase a boosting service from Enzue for World of Warcraft
Enzue completed the service first because Taliyahna didn't have the money at the time
Taliyahna has not yet paid for the service $400

I'm not sure how long we should keep this dispute open as it's been a month already. Hopefully we can get an update from Taliyahna's mother soon or from Taliyahna herself.
 
Unsure as well what to expect at this point, I'm fairly busy currently so i don't mind waiting a little bit to see if this can be resolved peacefully.
 
Taliyahna (or her mother) logged in today, but did not reply.

$400 is owned and we have no idea when Taliyahna will be back.

Nov 7th will be the deadline. After that Taliyahna will be banned until the payment is sent, then she can be unbanned.
 
I had been waiting in hopes that she would reply here, or via Skype but she has not. So I have given her a final notice on Skype also. Nov 7 is fine. If her mother were able to handle her affairs she would have done something. She should know the game means a lot to her as she is very passionate about it. She really didn't strike me as the type to jump ship.
