Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I agreed to purchase the account for 20 Euros for him + PayPal fees, so a total of about 25 Euro. I then transfered the money to his PayPal account, he claimed to have everything ready for the transaction. About 30 minutes after I transfered the monies, and after repeatedly asking him what was going on, he deleted me from skype (pending contact request)
