What is the dispute about? The seller sold me the wrong psn account

I paid for an account with hitman and overwatch. Took no precautions beforehand. The seller sent me info for an account with neither overwatch nor hitman.
The account was activated as the primary on another ps4 and had been used as recently as the day before.

Other details / notes:

I did the transaction without due diligence. Totally my fault and I'm not expecting my money back or the games I paid for.
I just want to alert other buyers (and epicnpc) so others don't lose their money to this person.

More then likely the paypal concern is just because its easier to recall paypal funds. You can use paypal in Peru
