The dispute is a HUGE misunderstanding on both sides to be honest and I'm willing to pay the 45$ charge he received unbeknownst to me that he received somehow
Final Fantasy XIV ARR account, amount payed 642.07$(willing to pay that random charge he received too)

A middle man was used for this transaction: Logisticz

This whole dispute is a misunderstanding on a random charge Chetal received of 45$ and he couldn't get in contact with me since I rarely use skype unless for emergency or using it for transaction business etc etc. Right now I just want to clear up the misunderstanding between us and will pay whatever charge he received so I can get the account back IN WHICH he took back.
The accusations of suspicions of me "scamming" him.

Okay please re explain what happened more clearly. so we can go forward.
 
Short story short. After I payed Chetal for the FFXIVARR account, sometime later he received a 45$ charge payment that I didn't know about and he went ahead and got his account back without the dispute. I'm seriously willing to pay whatever charge he received so I can get the account back I bought. He did contact me though but I wasn't around during the time.
 
He recalled the account after a dispute of 45$....that wasn't your payment?
 
Okay. So he still has your 600+ dollar payment, he just received an additional charge and recovered account?
 
I have no recollection of the 45$ during the transaction. I payed 642.07$ and got the account and months later he claims that he has to pay 45$ for some reason that's related to the transaction

Yeah, he recovered the account and he still has the money I payed and additional charge.

I have contacted him to respond.

he will need to prove the charge happened and was by the account he took back. He will also need to prove he tried to resolve it appropriately. He definitely cannot keep the money for the account and the account.
 
Yes. You are not required to pay anything else for this account. He will be responsible for explaining himself and posting proof of his claims.
 
Also the account has more worth then it was originally. It has end game gear and cleared final coil of bahamut that not many achieved. If he doesn't return the account , can he pay extra from all its added worth? Cuz I can't stand someone stealing my achievements and the account I payed for.
 
The only way you would be responsible for the $45.00 ior whatever the charge was is if he proved that you made it on the account. But frequently usees here claim this just to scam and try to get away with it. I cannot point a case that this was ever proven. There was one that the guy proved it. But pulled it again a month later on same account.
 
Non he needs to give you the account back. Period.

When my account got hacked I went around EpicNPC threads to see if my account was being sold until I noticed I had a new notification from Chetal saying "Get back to me! Giving you a last chance under the assumption that you lost your skype/etc. acc". After that I went ahead and tried to inform Logisticz about the situation and he told me how Chetal messaged him claiming that i'm responsible for causing this random 45$ charge on his part or something. Chetal told Logisticz that he was going to talk with Square Enix to get the account back although Logisticz advised him to start the dispute thread to get this sorted out BUT he went ahead and jumped the gun thinking I "scammed" him and took back the account from me.

Well its upsurd to recall a 600+ dollar account over 45 and to assume the 600 is his to keep. Thats a scam. 45 does not equal 600
 
I highly doubt it will be resolved by then.

I'll give him 48 hours to respond and he will be banned for scamming
 
Well i was giving him 48 hours to respond from my last post only in hopes of him coming through for you.

Can you still recall payment
 
I can give it a try when I get back from work later tonight but honestly the guy needs to pay 285$ more for the added end game gear and achievements that me and my raid group/friends worked for. IF my dispute for the recall payment goes through that is.. or him giving my account back with everything still intact with no missing items or characters.

Can tomorrow be the deadline Doom, around like 2PM EST?(day off from work) I don't think Chetal is gonna respond back anytime soon or ever.. I just want to get my money back as soon as possible and ban that account he stole from me so he doesn't leech off the hard work I achieved with my friends.
 
Banned him. If he contacts you to resolve please message a mod to open this.

Seems he went ahead and realised how much of a deal he got by taking it back.
