Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:

Bought the account and then the account got suspiciously transferred a few days after trade without my consent. I was unable to access forums account or the actual league of legends account. I asked the original owner on how i should proceed, he told me to put in a support ticket. The account has since not been released due to the support team suspecting me as a secondary account holder. I only gave information I was given by the seller. He has claimed to sent a support to recover the account for me but has not replied to my skype messages for a week now.

The day before you purchased it another member Vala62 claimed it was his account and stolen. Why did you still buy it?

Right click the name on your Skype list, select Profile Details and post a screenshot of that window. I need to see the person on Skype you were talking to was Drfuryz.

I asked jimmy about the accusation and but there was no proof so i assumed it was a hoax. And I didn't understand how the account could be hacked when the login details were jimmyc199411 (jimmy in the name) was pretty confident he made the account.

And I went through with the trade because vala62 didn't open a dispute against him. I would have never trusted him if I saw that he had scammed the account. How was i to know that vala62 was telling the truth.

I'd also like to point out that I posted on the thread as I was buying the account because the MM needed me to. I posted "Hey, i'm interested in buying this account"@2:34 pm on the 14th of november. You're right in saying Vala posted on the thread "He is a scammer and that is my account it is getting recovered atm dont buy this!!" @10:02pm, on the 14th of November. This post was 7 and a half hours after I had gone through with the trade.

I had shown interest in the account for atleast half a week before even buying the account (due to being busy studying for exams) this would have been plenty of time to provide proof of a scammer. I feel that if vala62 had provided proof as soon as he realised his account was scammed this would never had happened. I'm saying this because jimmy was screensharing me the account days before i bought the account so it was obviously not in vala62's possession for close to a week

Vala62 has still not provided any proof this was his account nor has he confirmed he's the one that recovered it. At this point I will go on the assumption that this is not vala62's account.

These 2 screenshots show 2 different usernames. I don't understand what I'm looking at.

I did a password reset on the OCE website and it was succesfull, for EUW it says username does not exist, so that confirms the account has been transferred to OCE.

Buyingdiamonds can you post a screenshot of the Riot support ticket showing what Riot has said so far?

I just received the password change (which i've done before) and changed the password but still no access.

I reset the password on the account yesterday (jimmyc19...) and Buyingdiamonds confirmed you received the password reset email, which means the email on the account is still yours. How can you not be able to log in if the email on the account is your email? I never heard of this before.

Checking LoLking, I see it has the account (Parib....) is still on EUW and being played the entire time. There is a recorded match from 25 mins ago, 2 matches yesterday, 2 the day before.

I don't understand what's going on at this point.

The login username and the summoner username do not match up. . How can the login username be on OCE, but the summoner be on EUW? This makes no sense.

Please explain, this seems like you're talking about 2 separate accounts.

Well as far as i know, jimmy could have given me a different account. He showed me the account on euw and then it was "dr PLS" when he apparently "transferred" the account to OCE. I have the username and password in my control but I need Drfuryz to prove to the support team that it is originally mine or they will not release the account to me. He hasn't replied to me in over a week. Is there anything you can do. There is no way they can be the same accounts, i've been over it a million times. They MUST be seperate accounts because i have a screenshot of the parib account when he was screenshotting me, but then showed me the account on OCE and it was DrPls (apparently there already was a parib user on OCE) i didn't really care because the account was diamond on OCE. The last time i spoke to jimmy he said he would do the support himself, i haven't heard from him since. Is there anyway you can help me get the account released to me? i need to prove i'm the original owner to support.

It's obvious the login account you were given was jimmyc19...., but what is the summoner name? how do you not know for certain what account you bought?

At this time I see no recall, just the fact the account is locked due to a transfer. Because it happened within 4 days of purchase Drfuryz should help in getting it unlocked.

That said, it seems the answers he provided you to get it unlocked were incorrect. Checking the chat I do not see him saying he's the original owner of the account anywhere. If he did say that somewhere please post it.

okay, so when i was trying to buy the account it was advertised as being parib account on EUW,
The next time i spoke with him the account was on OCE and its summoner name was Dr Pls, he put enough rp to get a name change,
I got control of the account and changed the summoner name to opL myst.

I have no proof of parib being the same account because i never saw him log into that account. I do however know that the dr Pls and opL myst were both log in summoner names of "jimmyc199411"

I don't think he said he was the original owner. I linked you the entire chat history on skype. He isn't replying to me on skype so I don't know what to do.

This is making less and less sense.

Before the sale Drfuryz showed you the summoner ParibaCA, who is on EUW servers
At the time of sale, Drfuryz showed you the summoner Dr Pls, who is on NA servers
You (Buying diamonds) then purchased the account (login username jimmyc19....) and changed the summoner name to OpLmyst

Checking OpL Myst on LolKing I see it is an exact match with ParibaCA, so I can only conclude that ParibaCA was the account you purchased and DrPls has nothing to do with this.

The sale timeline is as follows.

Drfuryz shows LoL account to Buyingdiamonds on EUW server
Drfuryz transfers account to OCE server
Drfuryz sells account to Buyingdiamonds
Buyingdiamonds changes the summoner name to OpLmyst
lol account is recalled and moved back to EUW servers on it's original summoner name; actively being played
Login username remains on OCE servers

It seems that Riot removed the summoner from the login account jimmyc19.... and moved it to another login account.

Can someone confirm if this is possible? can you separate a summoner character from a LoL login account and move it to another login account?

Drfuryz will be banned in 24 hrs if he does not reply.

It was diamond 5, on OCE. the account i bought (paribaCA) had the name DR pls, I then changed that summoner name. So when i had the account in my possession the summoner name was Dr Pls. And thank you for your help
