Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
On the 3rd of May, Gold was traded face to face in game. I showed him (via trade window) that I had 600k gold available. Once he saw that, I receive $630 USD via PayPal, I asked him to put 600k Virtual World of Warcraft Gold in Title, which he did. I also asked him to send via gift (family/friends option) but apparently that option does not exist for his PayPal (Skype states US, PayPal states Non US - Verified)
Also on the 3rd of May (I did not see until 4th or 5th) the dispute was opened on the grounds of unauthorised transaction. PayPal gave me 7 days to reply but it was already closed before I even got to say my piece.
Other details / notes:
I have phoned PayPal who were useless.
