He started this dispute in paypal first, so he wants the money back but. This person is a shameless and sinful scammer, unfortunately it took my time and my supplier, I had been suspicious of him so I asked him 3 messages on different platforms while we talked about the product he wanted to buy, then I explained to him about the insecurity about the product he was going to buy and what problems could happen, he was totally in favor of it and didn't argue about it, he even accepted the terms I wrote him (I'll provide her prints of our conversation where there's all this I'm writing Now let's go to the most important part, I hope that whoever can read this dispute has the understanding or knows World of warcraft, if he knows he will understand what I will explain now, the ''client jorge'' sent a screen print of an account that I sold to him, a ''banned'' account, however, there are 2 gigantic flaws that I will highlight, one of them is the following, he sent the print hiding the name, the surname of the account that is he bought is ''Pontes Tavares'' This means that it would have to have a letter P and then **** hiding the letters from the rest of the surname, but in his print in question it shows the letter J Making it very clear that it is not a print of the product he bought from me, the second is the expansion that the account is banned from, currently level 60 characters are part of SHADOWLANDS, it's the current expansion, the print shows ''BATTLE FOR AZEROTH'' Which is level 50 characters , I sold a character 60 with the surname Pontes Tavares, he is a shameless synic, bad character scammer, I hope you can read this and see carefully everything I said, I lost another dispute unfortunately through paypal where I was the victim of another scammer , please look carefully at the evidence and see that I'm being honest

The account the character was transferred from is fully intact, when bans happen for transferring usually in most cases both get banned, look at my screenshots

and if the account is not banned all you need to do then is have the oo make a ticket to reverse the transfer.. unless it is banned in which case that wont work.

@Angel he made a fake ss to scam me in paypal, you can check down below
paypal didn't want to see it because it doesn't understand anything about the game but here you understand and you can see that this print is totally wrong and crooked email, name, expansion
a level 60 character showing the battle for azeroth expansion from an email that was not the one he provided as shown in the prints of a name that doesn't match what I went through do you need anything else?

Everyone after seeing this ss i gave you now knows that this guy is a scammer. This money and character will be missed by the owner you stole, he got rid of something that was important to take care of the health of a family member, thank you for acting that way.

@HDN please submit a ticket to Blizzard and try to get the account unbanned. Make sure to include all info so we can be sure that is the same account. Also post both images, of the ticket you send and also an answer you will receive, from Blizzard support

I don't have the account, I need him to give me the account I just transfered the DK to his account, I need the account where the dk IS to open the ticket with blizzard support.
Ask him to PM me here with the account details for me to log in

he needs to open the ticket from the account the character was transferred from, if i give him the account it will just confirm a seperate IP. Might be able to recover it by claiming he got hacked or something from the original account. I invested money already into the battle net i created on other games, im not handing him over the bnet that i created.

From the moment the character is transferred from an account he is not part of that account, in our discord conversation he said he would take this dk to his main account, why did he invest in other games in a battlenet he wouldn't use?
You can only recover this by opening the ticket from where it was banned with the owner sending the photos of the document in real time.
do not want ip difference in the account? ok, we make a discord call together and we will submit the ticket together to solve this problem.
@Angel whenever an account is banned the ticket has to be opened from the banned account, he's hiding evidence, putting things off, can you please get him to speed things up?

you can submit a ticket to that account without logging in, you know the email

Does his account have 2 emails? why didn't he show the full name of the banned account in the first print? why does he refuse to provide the information of a banned account? this open ticket with shallow words will solve anything, I don't want to lose the dispute to someone that I know from the beginning used it in bad faith, ADMIN that he himself is going through, I am pointing out the flaws in the content that HIMSELF SENT
His first account is yahoo, and the other one from paypal is hotmail and the last letter is G the other last letter is S ..... EVERYTHING IS WRONG HERE

I like this idea. Please add each other on discord and open a ticket together with screenshare. You can also record a video of the entire process, upload a video on Youtube and post a link here
