Reported problem: the account seams to have been obtained via some illegal means and 2 months after I took charge of the account it was apparently reclaimed by Hoyoverse Staff. I have been in contact with the seller and he was offering to help at first (when my assumtion at the time was that the account was hacked and stolen from me). after repeated attempts to get any information from the seller regarding the source of the account or any pictures that might help me to reclaim it via the Mihoyo form it has become apparent that the seller has no intention of actually helping me with this topic. I am well aware that I am clearly at a disadvantege here in how I can prove that I have no ownership of the account anymore other then the chat I have with the seller and the mails I have from Mihoyo regarding reclaiming the account, so I do not have much hope but I wanted to raise this issue anyways
Outcome of dispute: Account recalled. Seller never replied even though PP dispute was opened and we tried emailing them multiple times.
