Reported problem: Account was sold to me on Jan 22, 2023. I lost access to the account on 11/08/2023. I not sure if the account got hacked or if it got recall. I reached out to the seller about it and have asked him to help me recover that account if it did get hacked. He been acting like he doesn't know what he need to do to get account back. I give him a link and told him to go there and read and see what he need to do to get account back, but he say he doesn't want to do it. I can't do anything because I not the original owner of the account and he is. I been told that its easy to get account back if you are the original owner of the account, all you have to do is email square enix and give them the original info. and you can get email, and everything changed. I have asked him if he is the original owner of the account or not with no answer from him, but when he post the account for sell it say that he was the original owner of the account. All of the chat that we done are on epic, you guys can and read it.
