What is the dispute about? I bought an Xbox Overwatch account from her and logged into her Microsoft account in order to sign in on an Xbox. I removed all of her information on the Microsoft account, including her email and then replaced it with my email. I then had ownership of the account, but the next morning I was logged out of everything and I was told she moved her Microsoft email to her smurf, and claimed I was logged into her smurf account when I remained signed in on my Xbox app and was never signed out of Xbox, but was logged out on Microsoft. I lost all access to the account information and basically lost the account in general.
Other details / notes: I looked through her listings and she posted a thread that was sold with an Xbox account months beforehand with the exact same listings as this account, with the level and competitive points being different, but most of the information is the exact same. I believe she remade the listing, and is reposting the same account just to scam people and resell the account multiple times. After doing the transaction on PayPal and going through our bank, the listed account the money went to was "touchmygenitals."

This was the Xbox account I signed into and then merged it to my Battle.net:
I was signed into the account on the Xbox app on my phone as well, and saw the gamertag had to be paid in order to be changed, so I was going to wait to change it. When I was logged out of everything besides the app the next morning, the account had changed to this, and my Xbox live account was removed from my Battle.net. The account was also at the same level the account she sold me was at:
She claimed it was her smurf account, and had no idea how I managed to sign in, but my app said I was still signed in with my email:
However, when I tried signing into the Microsoft account with my email, it said it didn't exist, leaving me to believe she removed my email from the Xbox account:
I tried searching for the Xbox account's original name on the app, but that didn't exist anymore either, nor as an overwatch account:
I then searched up the Xbox name's account I was signed into, and it has the exact same account level and endorsement level, along with the battletag before I merged my accounts:

How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 12 hours
