Reported problem: Unsure what happened to the account, I stopped played on August 31st, came back to find my steam and my email have been unbound.
Outcome of dispute: We traced the sale of the account to 2 other sellers, but not the OO.
None of the sellers were able to submit a support ticket to recover the account and all refused to do a split lose. (details in the TG chat)
All 3 sellers were banned.
