Reported problem: The seller stole back the account. I had changed all the information and had two factor authentication but the seller was able to call Square Enix and send a picture of their photo ID to change the email and steal the account back. The email and name cannot be changed without a photo ID sent to square enix. This was not completed by the trade guardian transaction.
Outcome of dispute: Failed to reply, Account recalled.
