Reported problem: I had a transaction TG with angel and "shortcut" a week ago. The honkai star rail account they sold to me after a week recalled all of the previous stellarjades and oneric shards topped up on the account. The account is being banned in a couple of days because so. The seller of the account has done a topup refund scam and here's the proof. You can see the uid is the same. I have the picture of the account before the refund happened, and the ones after it happened.
Outcome of dispute: Seller sold account, then issued chargebacks on in-game payments which caused the account to become banned.
No reply from seller. banned.
