Reported problem: Paid seller 1.2k, he was legit and everything was ok. The email was bugged and at first i told the seller about it, and he just said bug ignore it for now. (Have proof of these messages), so now essentially the account i paid 1.2k for doesnt have a working email. This means that i cant change the password for my epic account, cant change the email, cant even login to download the PDF as it asks for codes to the mail (The mail is empty). Asked seller about it and he said he wont refund as its been 1 month?? The seller is nice and he is a good guy but he wont take back the account in exchange for the money. He post stated FA and a full working email, however it isnt working. I demand a refund in exchange for the account.
Outcome of dispute: Seller refused to issue a refund after false advertising.
