Reported problem: Hello Admin . I bought this account on 7th of April and then last Thursday i lost access to the account cause he contacted customer support and cause he was the original owner they returned the account back to him . We been talking with Delac who was also the middleman of this transaction and tried to solve this by talking to the seller cause the owner of the account its his brother from what he said but apparently he is unable to recover the account . He did send me an ID of his brother few days ago so i will contact Pearl abyss customer support and say that i got hacked to get the account recovered . I did send an email to customer support 4 days ago but no response yet so i dont know whether it will recover or not . I did ask however the Shanko ( the seller ) again today to tell his brother to give me ID and PW so i can play the account .. its been a week now and i am down 1000$ and the account ... So i am not sure , we need your help here admin to get the account recovered

Outcome of dispute: Account recalled by OO. Seller said it was his brother. Failed to recover account and did not respond when asked to issue a refund. Banned.
