Reported problem: He sold the account to me knowing it would be banned for cheating. The system doesn’t auto ban and has to review. Once they reviewed the “cheating” the account was already sold to me. Basically he scammed me.
Outcome of dispute: Account sold and banned for cheating 3 weeks later after the sale. No evidence was provided to determine when the cheating occurred.
The ban could have been caused by a delayed ban for cheating before the sale or by the actions of the buyer. A 50% refund was decided.
Seller refused and was banned.
