I bought the account and then a couple of weeks later the email address was changed on it.

I used a middle-man, username is useeds. Here are pics of our conversation with middleman. Pics of our chat in discord which says the user is the original owner of the account and a pic of the paypal payment to the user with email address and first and last name.

I got two refund emails from blizzard saying theyre refunding the two items i bought when i had control of the account. Both address to alex mounier the same first and last name of the person I sent a paypal payment to. I then got a support ticket, requesting pictures of government issues id so they can restore access to the account. And then finally an email change alert on the account. It's pretty clear that user troytheguy is the person I sent a paypal payment to, and then he recalled the account. He should be banned or he'll keep doing this to people.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? email, password and secret answer key
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? three weeks
